Chiara and Lisa bring years of service experience – true professionals, just like Richard, who has successfully managed several restaurants and now contributes his knowledge and passion to T.B.G.

Located right on the ski slope in Ellmau, next to the Hartkaiserbahn, you can expect:
- daily après-ski parties
- a mix of Mexican specialties & Tyrolean classics

Working hours: flexible between 25 and 48 hours/week
Operating hours: 7:00 AM – 11:30 PM
(Daily Brunch Buffet until 11 AM, lunchtime après-ski party with live DJ, dinner & “all you can drink” party in the winter garden)

Your tasks
- Independent work in our kitchen (Mexican specialties & Tyrolean classics)
- Organization and preparation of all dishes
- Responsibility for quality, cleanliness and hygiene
Your profile
- Completed training as a chef/cook or several years of experience
- Independent and structured way of working
- Passion for teamwork and gastronomy

- Taking care of and serving our guests

We are looking for an open, lively personality who loves to create a great atmosphere, entertain guests, and fill our party evenings with energy and charm!
Your Tasks
- You inspire guests with your good mood, charisma, and energetic dance moves.
- You keep the vibe going during our DJ parties in the afternoon (12:00–17:30) – dancing, motivating guests to join in, and making them want more.
- You make short announcements for events and sell tickets in advance (high commission in addition to base pay).
- You can dress however you like – whether in a ski suit, pajamas, or with a sombrero and mask. The most important thing: be yourself!
- In the evenings (21:00–24:00), you support our team as a commis – serving empty glasses, keeping things tidy, and entertaining guests with your charm.
- You help us bring our social media channels (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) to life – show what’s going on with us!
